I. INITIAL REVIEW

Spiga will discuss / meet with you and review your business'  current needs, situation or plans then give our honest opinion and actionable solution. If we can improve your condition, we will. If we can't, we'll tell you as much. ---Free of charge.

II. ASSESSMENT

Spiga will observe your processes, behaviours and management as needed and will outline the who, what, where, when, and why of the actionable solution, complete with a detailed proposal including our costs and scope of project.

III. ENGAGEMENT

Based on Spiga's assessment, we address your organization’s business improvement objectives. This stage can vary in time depending on your project, though it will be weeks, not years. We work with you or your staff as needed to ensure all the processes, tools and enhancements are put in place to get you to where you want to go.

IV. FOLLOWUP

Once we are done, Spiga will circle back and review your business, post project every 6 months for 24 months, to ensure your financial objectives were achieved or to make any fine tuning which needs to be done.
